Considered prime location since everything from restaurants to nightlife and supermarkets are few minutes walking distance. Also next to all the cultural places that are worth visit like ‘Skarkos’, the windmills and the theatre of Odysseas Elitis. The bus stop to all the beaches around the island is only 50 meters away and only a 15 minutes’ walk to the main beach of the island, Mylopotas. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a private patio where you can relax enjoying the amazing view of the unique Ios Chora.
